Moving
Across Syllables
Training Articulatory Sound Sequences (Research Edition)
J. Kirkpatrick, P. Stohr and D. Kimbrough
Use this
program to assess and train sequencing skills within and across syllables
with children 3 to 10 years. Test and re-test your young children to identify
and analyse problems, establish treatment goals and record improvement.
Reproducible picture sheets with 1-, 2- and 3-syllable words and phrases
(880 in all) help children develop improved sound and syllable patterning
skills. Test forms are divided into five sections of movement sequences:
bilabial, alveolar, palatal, velar, and dental. Information is also provide
to assist with selecting treatment goals; using auditory, visual and tactile
cues; branching and motivational strategies; and generalisation activities.
