Pro-Ed Australia Trading Terms

• Pro-Ed Australia trades on a Firm Sale basis unless returns are expressly approved (at our discretion).

• Postage and Handling charges on all orders are at the customer's expense and are in addition to all indicated prices on this website.

• International Orders are subject to freight based on weight and destination.

• All prices on this website are in Australian dollars GST inclusive.

• Purchase Orders will only be accepted from health departments, schools with authorised Purchase Order Numbers, payment is due 28 days from date of invoice. Non-compliance of these payment terms will result in suspension of the acceptance of purchase orders. Additionally a "Late Payment Fee" of 2% per calender month may be applied where non-payment continues for an extended period.

• Prices are subject to change at anytime. Prices listed on this site may not be current due to un-notified publisher price rises or varying exchange rates, and in ordering on this site you accept that the listed price may not be correct. If there is a price difference we will contact you before supplying. You are welcome to check current prices prior to placing an order. 

• We are happy to provide a quote if requested, but again, due to publisher's price rises and currency fluctuations we do limit quoted prices to be held for one (1) calender month.

• Pre-payment is required for personal and overseas orders, unless you already have an authorised account with us.

• Credit Card facilities are available for Visa or Mastercard.  

• Ordering on this site assumes acceptance of the above conditions of use.
